The Family Health Team is made up of many Physicians and some are located outside of Newmarket. Our main location is in Newmarket where a majority of our healthcare providers reside. We also have Family Physicians in Mount Albert, Aurora and Bradford.

It is official our Southlake Academic Family Health Team is on social media. Our team plans to use Instagram and Facebook to provide our patients with real-time updates on closures, clinic changes, information on new webinars, clinics (including flu shot clinics), and programs.
