Heart Health Workshop

We offer group workshops for patients who have hypertension or high cholesterol. The interactive workshop provides helpful information for patients about managing their blood pressure and cholesterol. These workshops include information about:

What is hypertension and cholesterol?
Risk factors that can affect your heart health
Lifestyle changes that can improve your heart health
Information about medications used to treat high blood pressure
Learn about the health benefits of a Mediterranean diet and whether it’s right for you

Choosing Healthier Fats - Olive oil is high in monounsaturated fat. Using unsaturated fats instead of saturated fats in cooking and preparing food is advisable.
