Uninsured Services

The Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) pays for the majority of your office visits; however, you may need some services that are not covered. Physicians are entitled to charge you for the uninsured services. Some examples of these uninsured services include back-to-work notes, sick notes, Driver Medical Physical Examinations and transfer of records. Please refer to the list below for the uninsured services.
